FIGURE YOGA:
A newly designed Yoga method to specifically sculpt the figure and calm the mind. 4 levels of classes from beginners through to advanced. Students must attain competency in each level before moving on.

HATHA YOGA:
Traditional Yoga from the East. For those new to yoga this is the perfect place to start. Learn the asanas (yoga poses) and breathing techniques whilst improving strength, flexibility and the ability to relax.

FLEX YOGA:
A challenging series of poses performed in a heated room. A challenging, fast moving class.

PILATES & CORE STRENGTH:
Pilates is a modern exercise system in relation to Yoga, using repititions and targeting certain muscle groups to gain support for the body whilst toning the abdominals in particular. This class works with the mat series of pilates.

VINYASA FLOW:
Or Power Yoga if you prefer. Moving in and out of the poses with the breath, this class is well suited to those who enjoy aerobics and do not mind moving away from the stillness of traditional yoga.

YOUNG AT HEART/RECOVERY & RELIEF YOGA:
A flexibility series designed for the older body, working with the hips, back and shoulders in particular. Also perfect for those recovering from an injury or illness and providing relief from the discomfort of some illnesses. Please discuss your situation with us and your medical practitioner if necessary.

MAXIMIZE:
Designed for aged 14-19.
Yoga with a bit more kick!

BABY YOGA:
For new mothers and their little ones (aged 12 weeks to 2 years - outside this age please discuss with us prior to class). Expectant mothers are also welcome to practice prenatal yoga with us.

ZEN:
A more meditative approach to yoga. Drawing on elements of various eastern philosophies, this is a slower, more contemplative class.

TAI CHI:
Moving Meditation. Slow the pace of your life down to re-assess who you are. Discover this ancient Chinese technique of movement, followed by guided meditation.

ORGANIC DANCE:
A mixture of dance and movement styles, culminating in a new form. Combines Yoga, Tai Chi, Capoeira, Belly Dancing and a whole lot more!
