Hei. Lurer på om det finnes en ærlig låner av mine sorrell sko. Noen tok feil på yoga treningen på Yogabode. Mine er størrelse 39 og dine er 38. Skoen dine er står på yogabode,og jeg vil bli veldig glad for å få dem tilbake. Håper du kan sjekke om akkurat du kan ha tadd feil.

Join us to learn the Tai Chi Basic 24 routine. If you have never done Tai Chi you just have to try this exersice/artform. Tai CHi is known as moving meditation and is known to be beneficial to those with less than perfect health as it aids circulation and encourages freedom of movement. Everyone is welcome on this course, no matter what age or ability!

Qigong & Tai Chi!
It seems I picked the perfect weekend to arrange the Tromsø course when everyone is away or at a confirmation! Therefore I have decided to reschedule for after the Summer. Instead I will run a Tai Chi basics weekend on either the 1st or 2nd weekend in May. This will teach you basic QIgong breathing, and we will attempt to learn a full Tai Chi 24 routine in one weekend! Join us for this beautiful exercise and artform! Prices for the weekend (drinks and snacks included, times to be arranged yet will be on Saturday and Sunday) will be kr 900 for non members and kr 750 for members. Please register if you are interested as I must limit the course to 8-10 people.

Prices
It is a shorter season so prices will be lower than standard with courses being kr 650 for non members and kr 500 for members. The cost for a 12 session yogacard remains the same. Discounts are available for youths under the age of 16.
Qigong Course in Tromsø with Yogabode

Yogabode has organised a weekend in Qigong techniques in Tromsø at the Tse Qigong Centre.
In the seminar we will learn Balancing Qigong, a set of basic Qigong exercises and a foundation for further progress. This set emphasises good posture & relaxation. Traditionally the centre invites students for a Chinese meal on the Saturday evening which we are welcome to join or you can return home if you choose. The cost of the weekend is just for the course which runs from 14.00-18.00 Sat 23rd and 12.00-16.00 Sun 24th May and this includes membership of the Qigong centre for one year. I will be staying over in Tromsø and am happy to organise a hotel for us. Travel to and from Tromsø can be co-ordinated and petrol costs shared.
The cost is kr 1.400 per person (Yogabode* members only kr 1.200)
…and no I won’t debate whether energy centres exist, I promise!

Easter!
The studio will close for a short break at Easter. The studio will be closed from Tues 7th - Tues 14th April. The new season will begin 14th April. The new schedule will be up on the site soon.
No Figure 3 9th Feb
Still not so well, will take Hatha and Pilates but not upto the advanced Fig 3 Class this week. Come to the early classes if you like and sorry!
Can’t dance!
Not well enough to dance today so no organic dance but I can be at the studio for those who may not get the message and are coming from school - we can drink tea and chat 
Will take the yoga classes tonight as normal (if not a bit slower!) x
Saturday all clear!
The classes will all be running Saturday 7th Feb with Maria (Children too!) - enjoy a break from the English language!
