Update from England!
Hi all,
It’s a rainy day here in Derbyshire yet no snow yet (predicted this week!) How about you? Have to get used to it not going dark all day - quite strange after 6 years! I thought I’d drop you a line to say I am thinking of you all and missing the little yoga sanctuary! I am teaching locally which is lovely and have started a little ethical jewellery and gift boutique - if you want a peek have a look at www.ethicsboutique.com (still building the site - I’ve gone all retro with pinks and purples!). Still doing a little theatre, script and web-work too - trying to get by as we do! Heidi and Miller are happy and healthy and I still spend most of my time chasing them around the place!

I have decided the UK is where my future lies. The kids are settled in school and preschool and a quite fancy a yoga studio here now! If you have found this page and are in the UK, you can contact me through the contact form for class times in Cheshire and Derbyshire. Yogabode Norway is already doing me proud and I am sure you are all enjoying the classes. Maria and Guri Anne have passed their coursework and will soon be qualified as RYT instructors. Congratulations!

Tomorrow I leave my Arctic hideaway and head back into a busier world. I am trying not to think of how much I will miss the yoga studio and all you wonderful people but I do have my heart set on inviting you all to Canada once I am settled! Thank you all for a beautiful last class. I enjoyed every moment, as always and wish you all peace and happiness. I also take great delight in congratulating Maria, Guri Anne, May Helen and Tove on taking over Yogabode Norway. I know they will do a fantastic job and I know you will give them every support as they grow as teachers. I will be in touch with them and am always around if you want to contact me. Future
Most of you know we are planning to leave Norway. We don’t know when this will be, could be 3 months, could be a year. I will be leaving you in the capable hands of 3 teacher trainees. Maria, Guri Anne and May Helen are all training in Figure Yoga. Alongside which Maria is extremely competent in Hot Yoga and Guri Anne is pursuing training in Pilates. I am confident the studio will continue to thrive and hope to be able to invite you all to Canada for a yoga retreat once I am settled! I also hope to be a part of the future of yoga in Balsfjord in terms of training and sending new classes for you all to have a go at and maybe we can even arrange online streaming classes once in a while. But while I am here please make the most of me!
Organic Dance!
It’s back! Classes restart Mon 24th Aug at 15.00. BUT! Only if there are 8 students or more!! Because we shall take a contemporary look at music from the musicals and be working on intersting interpretations of the classics from Greece to Hairspray! So for a really novel group experience please sign up via the contact form, email jill@yogababy.tv or sms 41601375. You will get a message to say if the class has enough members to run. September Holiday: Portugal Option!
  Jill Forrest wroteat 11:19am I have done a rough costing and the flights are from oslo so I have included a tromsø connection, the return flight is a late one so I have costed in a hotel at Oslo airport for one night. Depart 12 sept, 7 nights Portugal, one night oslo. Price includes flight, hotel, villa accomodation in twin or double room and 2-3 hours yoga a day with me. There shoudl be an option for more yoga if you want it with local teachers (this would be extra). Based on 8-10 people. Cost kr 9.500 per person. The other options are Majorca or Rhodes. Let me know asap if you think you might want to come as I may need to reserve some seats! Husbands and family welcome, will look at bigger villas if needes, I may bring the kids if we go. Namaste! x

Weekend Courses for students and teachers.
Yogabode can offer weekend courses in either Figure Yoga or Hot Yoga. We can come to your community and take courses for students just wanting to learn a new style of yoga or can introduce the basic elements which existing yoga teachers or fitness instructors can use in their classes. Updating the site
I have had a few people tell me they cannot access the schedule. Each time I have tried from various pcs I have had no problem but I think it is an error with this web template on some operating systems so therefore I am updating the site so if it seems a bit odd over the next few days it is me messing about with it!
