A bit of everything yoga and time to say goodbye. Kr 250 from yoga from 16.00 to 18.00 then some time for a festive toast with a glass of wine or a cup of yogi tea! I leave on the 22nd Dec with Heidi and Miller. Matthew will stay for a little while longer so please speak to him if you see him looking lonely! I leave you in the capable hands of my trainees and you will get an update soon as to how Yogabode will be after I have gone…and I will be getting updates and promise I will keep in contact. I will be in the UK for a couple of months until our Canadian visas come though. Please contact me if you will come to Christmas Yoga and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas. Namaste x
Hot Yoga Sunday!

Begins at 12.30 this Sunday (1st Nov). Five and a half hours of yoga, yippee! Please come prepared in suitable clothing (swimsuit and shorts is the best although I know I wont persuade all of you but at least a vest top or short sleeved tee as it will be warm!) I will provide water, juice, fruit and crackers. Anything else you will want, please bring. Don’t forget we have a shower at the studio and one in the gym so bring a towel etc if you want to use the facilities at the end of the day. We finish at 18.00 and I will close at 18.30 unless members stay longer. See you then!

Need a spring in your step or a Summer Boost? Yoga Marathon at Yogabode (maybe outdoors too weather permitting!). From 10-4, all sorts of classes, building up from Hatha & Zen in the morning to Figure 4!!! Yes, I did say Figure 4!! Join us for the day (and some veggie lunch) or drop in. Join us to learn the Tai Chi Basic 24 routine. If you have never done Tai Chi you just have to try this exersice/artform. Tai CHi is known as moving meditation and is known to be beneficial to those with less than perfect health as it aids circulation and encourages freedom of movement. Everyone is welcome on this course, no matter what age or ability!
